What can be left as a deposit for equipment?
Both money (full value of the rented equipment) and documents (valid ID of the bearer) are accepted as a deposit. The rental administrator decides whether to accept a particular document.
Do you refund money for early return of equipment?
Yes. We refund money for unused days.
Can I change equipment during the rental period?
Yes. You can try different skis, switch from skis to snowboard and vice versa.
Your working hours?
We work from 8:00 to 20:00.
Can I sharpen my own skis at your rentals?
Yes. With us you can do full or partial service of your equipment at an affordable price.
Will you have ski boots for my size 48 foot and for my three-year-old child?
Yes. We have ski boots from size 25 to 50 and snowboard boots from size 32 to 50.
